Terms of Service
1. Nature of service
HeadStart provides candidate preparation services for students and graduates and candidate introduction services for employers in construction, civil infrastructure and the built environment. HeadStart is not a recruitment agency, employment agent or job board.
2. No guarantee
HeadStart does not guarantee employment, interviews, placements or employer introductions. Outcomes depend on the candidate, market conditions and employer hiring decisions.
3. Student services
HeadStart Review, Resume Reset, Application Plan and Interview Run are preparation services. They improve a candidate's clarity, presentation and readiness. Paid services do not buy access to employer introductions.
4. Employer services
Employer engagements are enquiry and introduction services only. Employers remain responsible for interviews, references, work rights checks, credential checks, employment contracts and final hiring decisions.
5. Candidate-declared information
Candidate information is provided by candidates and is not independently verified by HeadStart unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Payments and refunds
Paid student services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or a session has been delivered. If you believe there has been an error with your payment or service delivery, contact admin@joinheadstart.com.au and we will review the matter reasonably.
